Keep your aerials up.

Let it all flow through you.

You are not.

Who you think you are.

Fuss.
Enjoy.
Relax.
Be one mind.
Don’t think.
Be peace.
Keep your aerials up.
You are not.

Smplist is is a writing project encouraging a simpler life. First, clear your computer, shelves, apartment, digital life, then your personal life and mind, and find room to just be. Here I share the links, quotes and advice that I have found useful on my journey towards simplicity, along with a few words of my own.

I am available to guest write on the subject of simplicity. Please contact me for more information.

Thanks for reading this, I hope you find Smplist helpful,
Blue Perez.

Background:
Since 1982 I have read, studied, practiced and taught Zen and other forms of Buddhism. I now live a contemporary Zen minimalist lifestyle, and continuously strive to improve the focus of my life. I like to keep things simple. In early February 2010, as part of this developing focus, I laid down the old tools of my professional freelance photography career, and took time out to find a simpler path. I now am focused on simplicity, and on developing a simpler way of working for myself, using only an iPhone and occasionally a MacBook as my tools. It's a simpler path. I am based in Europe, and work with clients via the internet, but am also happy to travel anywhere in the world for the right project. See more at BluePerez.com
